Welcome

The Summitville H.O.P.E. Center’s mission is to help fight hunger in the communities of Summitville, Fairmount, and parts of Alexandria. We hope to provide a warm, safe, multipurpose center that promotes and provides quality activities and services that will contribute to the emotional, moral, and social well-being of the community.

The H.O.P.E. Center provides a food pantry two days a month, that residents can receive food from once in that month. The H.O.P.E. Center also provides access to basic necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, mouthwash, and bar soap.

The H.O.P.E. Center also provides snacks every day, fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, milk, and eggs throughout the week. The H.O.P.E. Center believes that families need community help in order to be successful. We hope to fight hunger, while also providing a safe place that the community can come to in order to take advantage of all of our resources.

The Summitville H.O.P.E. Center is a 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization.

Our funding comes from individuals and churches, local businesses, food drives, and from partnering with other organizations.
